It seems like it’s an unrelenting bad time for hotel heiress Paris Hilton, for days after a LA court sentenced her to 45 days in prison, she has been named the ‘Bad Girl of the Decade’ by Us Magazine.com.

The magazine claims no one has been naughtier than her, and has cited her panty-less car exit in 2002 and ill advised sex ban as substantial testimonials for the title.

The magazine also said that Hilton, who was found guilty of driving on a banned license, has ‘walked the line between obscenity’ and lawlessness for a long time now, reports Us Weekly.

Meanwhile, the socialite, who recently claimed that she is the most iconic blonde of the decade’ and compared herself to actress Marilyn Monroe and Princess Diana, has started petitioning California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to keep her out of the slammer.

If Hilton fails to report to jail on June 5, she will have to face 90 days behind bars.

The world’s highest swing has been set up on an 1,100ft TV tower in China.

The swing is set on a 700ft high viewing platform on the tower in Harbin city, Heilongjiang province.

Participants sit on the steel seat and swing out over the city, beyond the edge of the platform.

The swing is called “Game for brave people”, reports Harbin Daily.

The tower is the world’s second-highest steel tower, after the Kiev tower in Ukraine.

George Bush has raised more eyebrows after getting his dates wrong and winking at the Queen.

His slip-up came during the official welcome ceremony on the south lawn of the White House, attended by 7,000 people.

The US president first aged the monarch by 200 years by starting to suggest she came to the US in 1776, reports Sky News.

“You helped our nation to celebrate its bicentennial in 17… 1976,” he said in his speech.

As the crowd started laughing, he paused, turned to the Queen and winked at her.

He then declared: “You gave me a look that only a mother could give a child.”
